All items are shipped primarily via UPS Ground; occasionally we may use other reputable couriers in Canada and the United States. We charge a flat fee of $20.00 US per item on Ground shipping. Express shipping is available to some destinations at an additional cost by request. Please Contact Us before placing your order to arrange for Express shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the method selected or on orders with multiple items. Normally, all orders are shipped within one Business Day after the receipt of payment. Our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. EST. Orders processed after cut-off will be shipped the following business day. We do not offer weekend shipping. All orders processed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following Business Day. All items are securely packed to ensure that the product arrives in the listed condition. We will only ship to the address (no P.O. boxes) mentioned on your PayPal payment. We are unable to alter any item value(s) in order for the Buyer to avoid paying applicable import fees. All requests for such alterations will be ignored. Where possible, we will share the shipment tracking number(s) with you. For all queries you can reach out to the courier company. In the event your shipment is delayed by more than 30 days, you can escalate the issue to our dispatch team. We will look into the cause and strive to provide a resolution.
International
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please contact us about shipping to any country outside of North America. The Buyer is responsible for all international customs and duty fees. Postage to some international locations may differ from our published postage; please check with our dispatch team if you are unsure. In certain circumstances where the order is placed and the shipping charges are higher than our published charges, we will give the Buyer the option to cover the extra postage or cancel the transaction. No handling fee will be charged. Shipments may be delayed by Customs, or other circumstances that are beyond our control. In such cases we will not be held responsible for the delay.
